CANCELLATION POLICY

• Refund of deposit is at the discretion of management and is dependent on the nature of the cancellation and ability to re-let the room
• All refunds are subject to a R150.00 administration fee
• 100% of the full account will be payable on cancellation of your reservation during your stay and/or less than 7 days prior to arrival
• 50% of the full account will be payable on cancellation 7 - 21 days prior to arrival
• 30% of the full account will be payable on cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival
